Registration entry form(s) MUST be received via email or postal by September 1, 2017.

Your entry form will be acknowledged via email or postal.
Items must have a CLOTH LABEL with a minimum of the quilter’s name, city, state and title of the entry. Label must be firmly attached to the back of the quilt (paper label is not acceptable).
All items for the Quilt Show must be delivered to:

A claim form will be given to you when your quilt is delivered.
Quilts shown MUST BE picked up Sunday, September 17th between 6:00 & 7:00 pm at the Fairgrounds Community Bldg.
YOU MUST PRESENT YOUR CLAIM FORM(S) TO PICK UP YOUR QUILT(S).
